1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Prepaid Return Label & Return Shipping Cost
- We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Any items returned with visible wear, damage, missing parts, or without original packaging may not be accepted.
- You must include proof of purchase or receipt.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used novelty toys and figurines
- Mystery box or blind bag items
- Items sold as part of a clearance, bulk, or grab-bag promotion
- Seasonal or holiday-specific items (e.g., Halloween props, Christmas gifts)

- Any product clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
5. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during certain promotional campaigns may not be returned or exchanged. Please review product descriptions before placing your order.
